Our Procedure - fast track one day premium services
 
Our system and processes are designed to ensure your case is carefully managed to avoid any problems. As part of our policy, you would be required to authorise us as your legal representative which is done through the form of a customer care letter. The customer care letter outlines the type of service and the overall cost of the application. It explains our complete service we would be providing. The cost of the service is outlined along with the Home Office fees and our fees. Any additional fees may be highlighted.

What happens before the submission day - one day premium fast track services
 
We complete the complete process from start to finish which includes completing the correct application forms, cross referencing your documents, ensuring the application is valid and that you have met the published guidelines. We also include our policy document whereby we explain how you have met the Immigration Rules and met the criteria’s set out. Any instructions you want us to do in behalf of you is included.
 
 
What happens on the day - fast track premium services by ICS Legal

You are not allowed to attend the one day service with us, as our processes are different to those available to the public. On the day of the submission, we attend the Home Office in person to put forward your application for consideration. Your application is first validated to ensure we have all the relevant documents, we make the Home Office payment in behalf of you and then your application including your supporting documents are taken away for consideration.

The case worker from the Home Office will stay in contact with us, should there be a requirement of any clarifications required.
