Job Title: Brand Manager
Job Description: As a graduate preferably coming from a marketing or similar background of study, you will be responsible of our marketing and branding of our legal firm. You will work along side our practice manager and develop our brand. Ensuring the plan is effectively executed to ensure budgeted levels of sales across all revenue channels are achieved. In addition you will lead the marketing aspect of our organisation, plan and implement a clear website and maintain a high company profile in the media. This is a broad role covering all aspects of marketing and PR with both strategic and hands-on elements. Some travel between sites will be required.
Responsibility:
- Manage our marketing campaign.
- Responsible for client relationship.
- Co-creation of an effective short/medium/long term brand strategy.
- Development of a brand plan which delivers the brand strategy on time and within budget.
- Control, management and allocation of the brand budget.
- Consistent application of all aspects of the brand, internally and externally.
- External and internal brand awareness/understanding and customer satisfaction scores are met.
- Personal objectives are met or exceeded, with positive feedback received from key internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- IT literate and be able to use Microsoft packages.
- Pay attention to detail and always uses initiative.
- Creative and innovative behaviour combined with the ability to think analytically.
